Introduction

The single-sided production type laser drilling machine CER-C80 is a high-tech product integrating laser, precision machinery, visual inspection and motion control technologies. It includes an automatic tablet feeding system, an automatic tablet conveying system, a tablet speed monitoring and feedback system, a laser energy control and drilling method control system, a visual inspection and visual verification system, an automatic rejection system for defective products, a ventilation and cooling system, etc. This equipment is controlled by an industrial computer system. The tablets after drilling are judged for drilling quality by the online detection system. Tablets with quality issues or drilling defects should be rejected through the rejection device, and the qualified tablets are collected in the intermediate batch containers. The laser drilling system in this equipment uses a new type of imported radiofrequency pulsed carbon dioxide laser. All the materials used in this equipment have reached the GMP certification standards. Among the components in contact with the pills, the belt line is made of food-grade belt material, while the rotating disc, discharging device, conveying positioning track and receiving device are made of 316L stainless steel. The equipment is equipped with a dual vision system, enabling single-sided drilling, and the production speed is ≥ 50,000 pieces per hour.
