Introduction
The CER-D100A series is a multifunctional production laser drilling machine developed by our company after years of research. It was officially launched on the market in 2018 based on advanced domestic and international manufacturing technologies. The production speed of this series of equipment can reach 50,000 pieces per hour.
This series of equipment has undergone significant upgrades in terms of design concept, operation mode, production efficiency, and component selection. Particularly in the two systems of laser drilling and visual inspection, the customized optical system and light source combination have effectively enhanced the stability of laser drilling and visual inspection. By replacing different fixtures, compatibility can be achieved for drilling on both sides and the top of flat round tablets, cylindrical tablets, and irregular-shaped tablets. It is the flagship product with the most comprehensive functions and the best performance among the existing product series, and is suitable for the research and production of multiple types of tablets.
This series of equipment is a high-tech product that integrates laser drilling, motion control technology, hole type and diameter detection, as well as data transmission.
