Introduction

CER-D30A Series laser drilling machine is a high-tech product integrating laser, precision machinery, visual inspection and motion control technology, including automatic tablet feeding system, tablet conveying system, laser energy control and punching method Control system, visual inspection system, rejection system , dust removal, etc. The laser drilling system in this equipment adopts a new imported radio frequency pulsed carbon dioxide laser. The sealed tube carbon dioxide laser produces a high-intensity laser beam with a wavelength of 10.6 microns. The laser beam passes through the target through the mirror mounted on the galvanometer of the fully enclosed light guide arm. It is controlled by our company's patented spiral punching software. The materials used in this equipment have all reached the GMP certification standard. Among the parts in contact with the tablets, the LINK and the tablet guide are made of food grade POM, the slope hopper is made of 316L stainless steel, and the screw is made of PTFE. This precision laser pharmaceutical tablet drilling machine drills and inspects up to 20,000 products per hour. This series is divided into three models: Multi-function Pilot-scale Tablet Laser Drilling Machine:CER-D30A-III; Double-Sided Pilot-scale Tablet Laser Drilling Machine:CER-D30A-II; Special Shape Pilot-scale Tablet Laser Drilling Machine:CER-D30A-I.
