HSP AND MF Tablet Printer

Introduction

Our rotogravure device is designed to print special characters onto the outer coating of tablet.It uses two sets of high-synchronization servo motors to drive two printing wheels engraved with specific characters and partially immersed in food-grade ink, and also uses a third set of servo motors to drive the chain loaded with the medicine mold to pass between the two printing wheels. When the tablet is in contact with the printing wheel, the character information is transferred to the tablet. After the printing is completed, the tablets will continue to be transferred to the vision station. The camera will detect whether the characters are missing and whether the position is within the set range. The qualified products will enter the OK product area, and the unqualified products will be rejected.

High Output:
The output is up to 50,000 pills/hour, automatic feeding, automatic detection, and automatic rejection, without too much manual intervention in the production process.
Quick Changeover
When changing the product, we only need to take out the old type of medicine mold from the chain, and then replace the new type of medicine mold. The whole process is tool-free.
visual inspection
The equipment has its own visual inspection, which can detect the printing effect and automatically reject the unqualified printing tablets.
